Paintworks by the company fa Radan Jirák - AISA in Štěnovický Borek has been operating since 1995. The firm is a commercial painting work designed for painting steel (including galvanized ones) and aluminum details and profile maximally sized: length - max. 7 500mm, width max. 650mm, height max. 1 800mm. Max weight of a product: 150kg.
In the Czech Republic only fa Radan Jirák - AISA makes painting the AL profile in accordance with GSB.
Chemical preliminary works include putting the material into special basins with degrease solution followed with a cleaning by water or distilled water several times (AL products). AL products have special chromatisation of the surface in the basin with achromatizing solution additional. Afterwords preliminary works on parts are dried in gas room. After perfect drying the surface painting works can start.
The carrier with the products are prepared for putting into a dissolving solution.
Special basins for preliminary works are used before putting the product into a chemical solution or in water to clean the surface.
